He arrived in Jerusalem. They cheered and spread garments and tree branches before him.
He taught and admonished the people.
Judas, his friend, his follower, agreed to deliver him for thirty pieces of silver.
He ate with his friends. He washed their feet, he gave them his body and blood. The crowd took him away.
They crucified him. He died, like a common criminal, on a cross. His mother, some other women, and his young friend stood by. Most of his friends were too afraid.
His body lay in the tomb. Still, he preached to those imprisoned.
He arose! Alleluia! He has conquered death and sin!
